I want to delete my account or my personal data

You can send us a request to delete your account or your personal data at any time.

When your request will be processed your account will be closed and your personal informations will be deleted except for informations we are allowed or required to keep by the law. In this context we keep some of your personal data:

• in order to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations (such as the obligation to store invoices for a period of 10 years as set out in Article L.123-22 of the Commercial Code); and/or
• in order to be able to exercise our rights in court during the applicable limitation period (Article 2224 of the Civil Code establishes a common law limitation period of 5 years); and/or
• for our legitimate business interests (such as fraud detection and prevention).

Recommendations

If you have an order is in progress, we don't recommend you to delete your account.

Indeed, you will lose all visibility and contact with the seller in charge of your order.
